Welcome to Prithvi Mata Ayurveda!

My name is Terra Appleton and I am the creator here at Prithvi Mata Ayurveda, an Ayurvedic Practitioner, Ayurvedic Wellness Coach, and Certified Reiki Master Practitioner, with a background in the studies of consciousness and human potential.

“Prithvi Mata” is Sanskrit for “Mother Earth”. My name in latin translates to “earth”. I am also an earth sign, a taurus. As well as a mother of two. So naming this Ayurvedic company "Prithvi Mata" is very dear to me.

Goal

Our goal here at Prithvi Mata Ayurveda is to integrate the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Vedic Science with modern modalities for a balanced state of wellness using a consciousness-based approach. The best treatment for disease is always prevention and self awareness.

What is Ayurveda?

Ayurveda is a vedic philosophy originated in India 5,000+ years ago as a natural system of health promotion that uses the science of life to treat the mind, body, and spirit. Treatments include diet, lifestyle, spirituality, detoxification, body treatment, and of course herbs.

What is Consciousness Based Treatment?

Consciousness is the fundamental basis of all aspects of life, including health and healing. This approach views the body as a manifestation of consciousness and emphasizes the role of higher states of awareness in restoring balance and promoting well-being. The treatment focuses on aligning individual consciousness with the field of pure consciousness, or the Unified Field, to activate the body's innate healing capabilities.

How

Thru an extensive consultation the first thing we will determine is your body's individual constitution and needs. We will dig deep into your diet, lifestyle, digestion, mental, emotional, and spiritual self. My clinic is very individualized and treats the whole person's body, mind, and spirit. We treat the root not the symptom.
